An adherent monolayer culture of mouse hemangioendothelioma endothelial cells (EOMA line) was treated with Mito-Tracker® Orange CMTMRos in media containing serum, fixed with 3.7% paraformaldehyde, permeabilized, and blocked with 1% BSA in PBS for 1 h. The culture was then incubated with BODIPY® FL conjugated to phalloidin and counterstained with Hoechst 33342. Images were recorded in grayscale using the appropriate filter sets and subsequently converted to pseudocolors similar to the fluorescence emission profiles of the probes.
