[Correction] Transcriptional effects of transfection: the potential for misinterpretation of gene expression data generated from transiently transfected cells
In the July 2009 article by Jacobsen et al. (BioTechniques 47:617-624, doi 10.2144/000113132), a typographical error appeared in Figure 3B. The sum of the numbers in the tan box for FuGENE HD should have read “(78),” not “(64)”. This does not change any of the discussion points, as all were based on the correct number of 78.
