Ratiometric comparison of three fluorophores expressed from the same T-DNA. Images were taken using an LSM510 microscope from Zeiss (Cambridge, UK) with standardized excitation intensities and photomultiplier gains and with the following excitation wavelength/emission bandwidth/dichroic filter settings: 458 nm/LP475/HFT458/543 (secondary dichroic 490) (CFP), 488 nm/BP505–530/HFT488/543 (GFP), and 543 nm/BP560–615/HFT488/543 (RFP).
