2D Barcode Reader
MatriCal has launched the Scan X 2D, universal 2D barcode reader that can operate alone or in an automated environment. The compact machine is able to operate in temperatures as low as -20ºC, allowing tubes to be read inside an automated sample management system and preserving sample integrity. It is able to read SBS/ANSI formatted vial racks and tube microplates. The instrument’s optical lens scans one image of the entire rack, allowing for quick turnaround time.
