4C5 anti-DDK monoclonal antibody
AMS Biotechnology's 4C5 anti-DDK monoclonal antibody is designed for the detection of DYKDDDDK epitope, the same protein sequence as FLAG-tag.
According to the company, the 4C5 antibodies have been validated for Western
blot, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, and flow cytometry
applications. The antibody reportedly offers higher sensitivity and
specificity compared to other commercially available anti-FLAG antibodies.
To date the 4C5 antibody has been used to validate the expression of over
15,000 mammalian recombinant proteins, purify more than 5,000 human
recombinant proteins from HEK293 cells and purify immunogens under native
conditions for the development of antibodies.
