The Beckman Coulter Antibody Cocktail Preparation Workstation is designed to smooth the assembly of multiple-reagent panels for multi-color flow cytometry research by simplifying the preparation of antibody cocktails.
The workstation automates the combination of antibodies and staining dyes,
eliminating the need for manual preparation. The cocktails can be produced
in small amounts and placed directly in 12 x 75 mm sample tubes or in bulk
amounts stored in 4 mL vials. Additional output amounts may be developed in
accordance with customer specifications.
Other features of the system include built-in temperature control, light and
evaporation protection, and software with multiple report options and
formats to manage data and keep records of daily operations.
The cocktails produced by the system have applications in vaccine studies and
leukocyte classification.
Beckman Coulter develops, manufactures and markets products that simplify,
automate and innovate complex biomedical testing. Our diagnostic systems are
found in hospitals and other critical care settings around the world and
produce information used by physicians to diagnose disease, make treatment
decisions and monitor patients. Scientists use our life science research
instruments to study complex biological problems including causes of disease
and potential new therapies or drugs.
