Agilent Technologies' Brilliant III Ultra-Fast qPCR and qRT-PCR Master Mix
Kits are designed to offer reduced cycling time and superior sensitivity
without compromising the accuracy and reproducibility of nucleic acid
quantification.
The reagents are designed to provide the fastest cycling times on any
real-time PCR instrument. These reagents feature an engineered Taq,
delivering faster extension rate combined with hot-start technology to
minimize non-specific amplification. According to the company, the
ultra-fast reagents allow the completion of real-time experiments in less
than 40 minutes, giving researchers quicker access to their data without
compromising data reproducibility and quality.
The kits provide researchers with the flexibility to perform applications,
including gene expression analysis, pathogen detection, and SNP genotyping.
The reagents are validated across a range of fast, real-time PCR systems and
across a range of templates and targets. Earlier threshold cycle detection
gives more reliable quantification across the entire range of template
concentrations, including high and low concentrations.
