CyAn Flow Cytometer packaged with HyperCyt System
Beckman Coulter and IntelliCyt have partnered to offer an instrument package for flow cytometric cell analysis. The package combines Beckman Coulter’s CyAn flow cytometer with IntelliCyt’s HyperCyt system. The CyAn provides acquisition rates of up to 70,000 events per second, which, combined with the continuous, rapid sampling capabilities offered by the HyperCyt Autosampler and HyperViewData Analysis Software, enables 384-well plates to be processed in as little as 10 minutes, according to the company. The instrument package is designed to allow high-speed processing to be used in many cell-surface and intracellular flow cytometry applications.
