ImmunoCruz Antibody MicroArrays
Santa Cruz Biotechnology ImmunoCruz MicroArrays are antibody microarrays
designed for the rapid and highly sensitive detection of target proteins in
lysates, sera, or tissue sections. Results are visualized using Cy3 (Cyanine
3) and Cy5 (Cyanine 5) water-soluble fluorescent dyes. The antibodies
featured in each of Santa Cruz Biotechnology's ImmunoCruz MicroArrays are
related via a molecular or biological pathway. Additionally, the company
offers a variety of ImmunoCruz Phospho MicroArrays, which contain antibodies
designed to detect specific phosphorylation sites on biologically related
proteins.
Each ImmunoCruz MicroArray includes six slides containing identical pathway
specific antibody microarrays; as well as select buffers, reagents, and
incubation trays necessary to perform sample analysis. Each ImmunoCruz
MicroArray features between 20 and 60 unique, functionally related proteins
represented by well-characterized monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, as
well as positive and negative controls. The ImmunoCruz MicroArrays are
available for overnight delivery. Scanning service is also available and
provides quick and reliable statistical analysis.
