Proteomics
NanoArray assay system
The NanoInk NanoArray assay system is designed for nanoscale protein discovery and analysis.
The NanoArray Assay System is an easy-to-use, economical desktop unit that can
be installed in a proteomics lab in a fast and cost-effective manner.
The system combines fluorescent detection with high-power array deposition
techniques. The platform is developed based on the tip-based Dip Pen
Nanolithography (DPN) technique, which can produce protein arrays with
nanometer accuracy and reproducibility and also obtain fluorescent images of
these nanoarrays at high resolution.
The system comprises the NanoScan 900 Scanner, the NanoArrayer 3000, and
easy-to-use software for flexible and accurate array patterning. In
addition, the software can be used for image analysis and data acquisition.
The system when integrated with the company’s automatable proteomic assays
product line is used to detect, quantify and identify clinical proteins from
various sample types.
The NanoArray 900 Scanner detects fluorescence on the arrayed surface and
features excellent signal-to-noise ratios and sensitivity. It comes equipped
with two highly sensitive photomultipliers. Multiplexed and miniaturized
NanoArray Assay System assays deliver fg/ml sensitivity with samples of 2 µl.
