PeqSTAR Thermocyclers
PEQULAB US has introduced peqSTAR Thermocyclers, hig high performance thermocyclers feature six individually controlled Peltier elements which precisely regulate temperature, resulting in outstanding ramp speeds of 5°C/s without overshoots. These units also feature high temperature uniformity across the thermoblock and linear gradients when optimizing reaction conditions. Protocols can be programmed via a touch-screen display or using the free PC-based Protocol Editor software. The thermocyclers include four USB ports and network capabilities. They are available in three block formats: 96-well, 384-well and in situ slide.
