The blot is easy-to-use for qualitative and semiquantitative immunoblotting.
It is designed for rapid determination of whether a protein-of-interest is
expressed or not-expressed in a particular tissue or organ across different
species. Each blot contains size markers, internal standards, and
well-qualified human, animal, or plant proteins extracted with ITSI Total
Protein Isolation kits. The blot comes pre-blocked and ready-to-probe with
