UV-VIS spectrophotometer
Shimadzu Scientific Instrument’s UV-VIS is a spectrophotometer for the quotation of nucleic acids. The instrument requires 1 to 2 µL of sample, which is pipetted onto the measurement plate. It conducts sample mounting, measurement, and cleaning. The sample measurement time is 3 seconds. The instrument's operations are displayed on the toolbar according to the user’s procedure and are available with the click of a button.
