In February, GE Healthcare announced the three winners, as selected by public vote, of the company's sixth annual cell imaging contest. This weekend, April 19-21, 2013, the winners have been invited to come to New York to see their winning submissions be displayed on NBC Universal's HD screen in Times Square.
Jane Stout, a researcher at Indiana University and one of the winners of the 2012 GE Healthcare Cell Imaging Contest, and Kristie Nybo, associate editor at BioTechniques and one of this year's judges, provide a behind-the-scenes look at this year's contest.
