Application Note: Alternative transcript isoform detection with single-cell and spatial resolution
Transcript isoforms play a vital role in heath and disease, but studying them has been challenging due to limitations in traditional methods. By combining long nanopore sequencing reads with single-cell assays, researchers can identify full-length transcripts with single-cell resolution.
This Application Note introduces a new library preparation method compatible with 10x Genomics and Oxford Nanopore Technologies’ PromethION device to enable more efficient single-cell calling and clustering by gene expression and cell-type annotation.
