Although the use of 3D cell cultures is growing, reproducibility remains an issue in the field. One reason for this is that preparing 3D cell cultures can be technically challenging, so the cultures are prone to variability. In this video, introducing our In Focus on preparing 3D cell cultures, we explore common factors that impact reproducibility and how to overcome them.
