Preparing 3D cell cultures

Our understanding of the development of organs, the pathogenesis and progression of diseases and the impact of therapeutics on tissues has advanced in recent years with the help of in vitro 3D cell culture models, including single and multicellular tumor spheroids and organoids. Although the use of 3D cell cultures is growing, preparing 3D cell cultures can be technically challenging, so the cultures are prone to variability.
